Sheet pan eggs make my breakfast meal prep really easy! I like the convenience of baking these eggs forward – and the fast clear up is such a bonus. Crack the eggs immediately on to the ready pan, season as desired, and voila! These eggs are good for sandwiches, wraps, breakfast tacos, avocado toast and a lot extra. Regardless of the choice, I’ll present you ways – scrambled, over simple, over medium or arduous!

  • For runny eggs, bake 10 minutes.
  • For over medium, bake 11-12 minutes.
  • For totally cooked eggs, bake 13-14 minutes. 

Storage Notes
